Unpack and Play:
Unpack and Play is a workbook designed for consenting adults who identify as members of the adult baby/diaper lover (AB/DL) and caregiver communities. Written by a therapist, it guides readers through an exploration of their needs, preferences, desires, expectations, boundaries, and more to help them better understand themselves, to explore their relationship with AB/DL, and to communicate clearly with important people in their lives.

I also have familiarity and comfort with ADHD, ASD, anxiety, depression, infidelity, and substance use. Approaches I use include narrative, emotionally focused (EFT), internal family systems (IFS), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and somatic therapy.

What is relational therapy? Simply put, it is therapy between people in relational systems. This can include friendship therapy, couples therapy, throuples therapy, polycule therapy and many more. The connections between people in these systems can be platonic, romantic, sexual, logistical, and much more. I work with biological family systems on a case-by-case basis.
My specialties include sex therapy, non-monogamy, gender identity, sexual orientation, life transitions, and self esteem. I also have familiarity and comfort with ADHD, ASD, anxiety, depression, infidelity, and substance use. What is sex therapy? Simply put, sex therapy is just therapy… with a specific focus (and clinician training) on topics of sex, gender, sexuality, relationship structures, kinks/fetishes/BDSM, and more. Sex therapy can be standalone, where your sex therapist is also your day-to-day therapist, or it can be in addition to your day-to-day therapist to work on goals that are separate from your other therapy or are areas in which your existing therapist does not have sufficient comfort or training.
My specialties include kinks and fetishes of all kinds, with a specific focus on ageplay and AB/DL; gender exploration, expression, and identity; sexual and pleasure exploration; understanding sexuality with or without labels; de-constructing familial, faith, or societal messages about sex, sexuality, or gender; navigating multiple or different relationship structures; and building connection within gender, sexuality, or relationship structure communities.
$150/hr

I provide consultation and trainings to mental health professionals, physical health professionals, and organizations seeking further information, education, and support on topics relating to my specialties. This includes but is not limited to: non-monogamy, kink/fetish/BDSM, ageplay and AB/DL, gender, and sexuality. Consultations and trainings vary in price depending on number of participants and length of time.

I provide sex and relationship coaching on a case-by-case basis on topics involving, sexuality, fetish, kink, relationship structures, and gender. Coaching is not therapy. Coaching is short-term, goal-oriented, involves more of the coach’s life experience and opinions, does not focus on diagnosis or treatment of mental health concerns or disorders, and is more direct.
