This workbook asks questions and invites reflection that AB/DLs and caregivers might not have done before, to help them engage more intentionally and fully with AB/DL and to communicate more clearly with others about AB/DL.

  • No! In fact, the workbook is set up as a way to explore by yourself. Of course, feel free to share what you’ve learned with a partner or with other important and trusted people in your life.

  • This is a workbook about experiences within the adult baby/diaper lover (AB/DL) identity/community. All interests, acts, and interactions described within this workbook are between consenting adults and any reference to sexual content is that which is made by consenting adults and intended to be consumed by consenting adults. This book is designed for use by people who are above the age of 18. If you are below the age of 18, please put this book down and reach out to a therapist or trusted adult, or visit www.scarleteen.com.

  • Please don’t! The workbook is designed to ask tough questions and encourage introspection about yourself and your involvement with AB/DL. That can be a lot! Please take breaks when you need them and give yourself lots of time and space to complete the workbook.
